Apple loves to make us believe that Macs don't ever need to have their harddrives defragmented. Let me tell you: that's crap! This weekend I purchased iDefrag. A nice little utility well worth your money. My machine flies again like it's brand new! Read Paul Stamatiou's review of iDefrag as well. I'm not often promoting a commercial product but this is definitely a must-have for any Mac user.
