While waiting for some router problems to be fixed here at work I noticed Elliott Back's image to CSS converter. A way cool 'useless utility'. It converts any image to a HTML page showing the image in various user-defined ways. You can even download Elliott's sourcecode if you feel the need to hack around with it for a bit!
